Manages and directs sales representatives to achieve sales and profit goals within a region.
Performs sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts in consultation with Director Domestic Sales and Marketing Division.
Manages multiple districts within a region and adjusts sales goals and procedures as appropriate for each district.
Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and target for districts in support of national objectives.
Provides direction and leadership to the field Regional Staff while responsible for customer satisfaction and market share within the regional geography.
Provides quality leadership for Tipco Asphalt's internal and external customers in all assigned tasks, while upholding company Values at all times: inclusive of constructive problem solving, facilitating creative improvements, and inspiring others.
Maintains and expands customer base by counseling area sales representatives, building and maintaining rapport with key customers, identifying new customer opportunities.
Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that affect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability. Disseminate information to regional sales representatives, corporate marketing, and sales operations.
Monitoring the team's performance and motivating them to reach sales targets.
Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly, and monthly sales products within the assigned areas and sales tracking.
Qualification:
Master's or Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 10 years experience in related field such as Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management. Strong closing skills and prior attendance at formal sales training courses a plus.
Strong leadership to drive and motivate sales team.
Extensive working experience in similar roles at sales management level in a highly competitive sales environment, of which asphalt, petroleum, oil and gas, construction material are preferred.
Excellent multiple stakeholders & customer Relationship Management (CRM), with ability to establish adequate personal and professional relationships.
Excellent communication skills both written/spoken in English, high ability to influence.
Highly analytical and problem-solving ability.
Ability to work under pressure, independently and in a team.
Customer Service Oriented.

Computer literate with knowledge of all Microsoft Office Applications especially Excel.
