Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new business opportunities, develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients in Bangkok and surrounding areas.
- Strategically plan and execute sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales campaigns.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably with min 2 years as sales personnel in a hotel
- Strong understanding of the corporate market in Bangkok and has a database in hand.
- MICE experience in handling and closing groups
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and able to work creatively, and find effective solutions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
