Your Tasks And Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead sales team to achieve sales, volume, growth, market share and listing targets for the assigned territory
- Lead and coach team to develop customer / product / therapy knowledge to implement the Territory business plan to achieve growth objectives in each territory. This also include coaching in selling skill and IMCM capabilities.
- Guide team to execute and mornitor right frequency of multi-channel interactions for each customer, backed by rigorous action planning both pre and post interaction.
- Build strong relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders in the territory to develop solutions that benefit patients, HCPs, Customer and Brand team
- Encourage team to collaborate with and provide feedback to Sales / Marketing on MCCP strategies, tactics and identify potential new sources of business
- Create a positive culture of high performance through right hiring, talent identification / development / retention and performance management principles
- Coach mentor on sales team development including competency and skill gap that is required for high performing team
- Ensure that all Bayer Compliance and code of conduct requirements are fully understood, adhered to, monitored and respected within the team
- Self-develop on latest medical/clinical knowledge and including selling skill and IMCM capabilities, brand strategy and tactics, competitive landscape and standard platforms in order to challenge the status quo
- Work cross functional with marketing, medical and market access to support brand activities and brand plan
- Prioritize and allocate (i) sales target and (ii) sales budget to each territory
- Lead team to formulate quality account plan for top accounts and ensure alignment of activities/strategies vs country IBP
- Define and manage during vacancy and out of stock, issue management.
- Other tasks as assigned by manager.
- Understanding of government procurement policy, reimbursement landscape of Thailand

Who You Are
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (any advanced qualification is a plus)
- Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience with a demonstrated performance track record
- Strong interpersonal, communication and team skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, set direction and deliver results
- IT literacy (basic knowledge and skills to utilize computers/tablets and related technology efficiently) Excellent command (both oral and written) of local native language
- English language skills are a big plus
- Energetic, Enthusiastic, self-driven, organized & willing to work extensively in field
- Negotiation skills
