The Role
Reporting to the Operations manager as a Sales Manager your key responsibilities will be to:
- Pro-actively expand the business foundation further by actively seeking new prospects and opportunities in line the company goals & strategy.
- Create new relationships and accounts via a close relationship focus, and understanding the customers needs.
- Promotion of alternative and additional opportunities to suit our customers individual objectives. with a view to improving their position and worth in the marketplace.
- Deliver the core company values via an understanding of our solutions offering portfolio inline with your given strategy focus (in depth, ongoing training will be provided as per requirement)
- Engage develop and maintain effective business relationships with key consulting engineers, utility owners and applicators .
- To work closely with our support functions (Marketing, Technical, R&D) to ensure a high rate of conversion from specification to sales in line with the companies strategic direction.
- Develop the market to achieve the strategy, budgets and margins.

QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 5 years relevant experience with existing contacts in the construction or concrete repair industry
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Relevant Subject
- You have an existing network of connections within the construction sector in relation to consulting engineers, applicators or infrastructure and utility owners .
- You have excellent sales management experience
- Solid reporting ability and transparency.
- Sound MS Office skills.
