As a Sales Manager you will be part of Thailand Central Business Unit, promoting solutions within a defined geographical area to maximise revenue targets, identify and secure opportunities to grow customer base in the Asia marketpla

ll:Plan, direct, and coordinate the local sales of the organizations solutions and/or services to enhance the local and regional business by performing the following duti

  • es:Establish sales goals/forecast and develop sales pipeli
  • ne.Manage ongoing sales plan to meet/exceed assigned quotas to ensure profitability from the sales of solutions and/or servic
  • es.Develop and grow the market, for both short and long term, to ensure the profit growth and expansion of company solutions and/or servic
  • es.Lead Pre-Sales and Bid teams for presentations and tender responses/proposa
  • ls.Assist Regional Marketing function with local Marketing activiti
  • es.Formulate strategic partnership with key industry players in Thaila

Essential Require

  • ments Bachelor's degree or an appropriate combination of education and expe
  • rienceMinimum 8 years experience in Healthcare IT Solutions
  • sales.Good knowledge of the local healthcare market and industry trends including customers, partners and compet
  • itors.Bid/Tender proposals and Agreements/Contracts review exper
  • ience.Ability to develop and maintain close relationship with new customers and strengthening existing customer relationships at all l
  • evels.Good network and networking abilities both in private and public s
  • ector.Proven sales track record managed to close deals of significant value (THB 10M and above) in the private and public s
  • ector.Experience in the development and management of Channel partners - including relationship management, training, motivating their sales teams to cover wider

reach.Technical expertise and other competencies req
