We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager for Warehouse Automation Products to join our dynamic team and drive the sales of our cutting-edge warehouse automation products.In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities for warehouse automation products, as well as managing existing client relationships. Your focus will be on giving the sales team direction and supporting them to deliver the customized warehouse automation solutions that improve efficiency, optimize processes, and enhance overall productivity for our customers.
Qualifications:
- Thai Nationality Only
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 5-year experience in managing project sales team.
- Experience in working with SI (System Integrator) company for automation/robotic will be a big advantage.
- Good understanding of warehouse operations and logistics processes.
- Proven track record of successful sales experience in the warehouse automation.
- Highly motivated, and self-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Flexibility to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the sales and engineering solution team to hit sales targets.
- Identify and target potential customers to sell our products/system and develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and meet company objectives.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Understand the unique needs of each client and recommend suitable warehouse automation solutions to address their specific requirements is advantage.
- Collaborate with cross functional such as the technical teams, contractors, suppliers to create tailored proposals and quotes for prospective clients, with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that support sales initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, attend trade shows, conferences, or industry events to promote our products and expand the company's presence in the market and
- Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to project closure, ensuring smooth coordination and timely delivery of solutions and negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the client.
- Perform other tasks those are assigned by management
Required Skills:
