To achieve the Area sales objective and stretch beyond targets by increasing converted leads from identified doctors, nurses & admin through effective implementation of marketing activities.
To support in day to day objectives on existing patient follow-ups & collaborate with internal stakeholders for providing best in class customer experience
To achieve and exceed the designated target/growth for the territory
To meet the list of Consultants (Drs), Nurses & Admins at regular intervals. Communicate about our USP`s & service line
To generate leads daily from an identified list of Drs, Admins & Nurses. Keep the pipeline of cases ready for the onboarding
To follow up on the ongoing services on their continuation of services
Collaborate internally with the Clinical, Operations & Finance team on day to day basis related to patient services.
To organize & conduct meetings with Drs, Nurses & Admins of the designated hospital
To monitor the competition of the market and alert the superiors
To capture the feedback of the customers/Drs and share the same with immediate manager
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Education
D Pharm / BPharm
Technical Qualifications and Knowledge
HHC Domain knowledge.
Market knowledge.
Knowledge of business policies and procedures of the company.
Communication skills.
Presentation skills.
Selling skills
Related Experience
2-3 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry/Healthcare
Specific Remarks (About Location, Mobility, etc.)
This position is based in the field. This position spends the majority of the time in the field.
