Job Description
Sales & Business Development:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for robotic-assisted surgery systems in the urology and gastroenterology departments.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within hospitals, surgical centers, and clinics specializing in urology and gastroenterology.
- Achieve sales revenue targets, discussed with the business heads.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including urologists, gastroenterologists, surgeons, and hospital administrators.
- Strengthen customer satisfaction and retention.
Team Management:
- Onboard, train, and coach Sales Representatives.
- Set target for sales team and monitor the result and develop correction plan to ensure the end result.
- Supervise sales team to generate profitable result under company regulation.
- Motivate and empower team to achieve or exceed individual and team targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment.
- Sales team achieving or exceeding individual and team targets.
- Increase product market share and sales revenue in the assigned territory
- Strong team communication and collaboration
Other:
- Encourage, support, and participate in the company activities or projects in accordance with the company's policies.
- Work processes of individual and department are efficient and effective.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 5 years of experience in medical device sales especially, robotic-assisted surgery.
- Bachelor/Master's degree of Bioengineering, Medical Technology or Medical field. Required Knowledge and Experienced in urology and gastroenterology.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the medical device (Robotic-assisted Surgery) industry, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- In-depth knowledge of product portfolio.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills to develop and motivate the sales team.
- Ability to adapt to changing market dynamics and identify new sales opportunities.
