Job Description

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent
  • Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives
  • Generate enquiries & get the sale using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations, web conference etc).
  • Assist channel partners and channel sales teams to qualify prospects.
  • Send company profile to all enquiries generated.
  • Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships.
  • Identify sales leads and convert leads to sustainable sales.
  • Apply & keep record of UQN for sales leads.
  • Maintain and expand client database.
  • Initiate and improve customer relations via customer interaction, with special emphasis on customer visits for demo at our Office.
  • Provide customers with technical expertise.
  • Prepare & Send Quotes with technical specs in prescribed format to Customer as per their actual requirement. Maintain record & Follow up on quotes sent.
  • Collect PO from customer with all the terms & conditions with payment as per payment terms and submit the same in office for further processing.
  • Follow up from customer for payment as per payment term.
  • Coordinate with concerned BH for Order Processing/ PI/ Dispatch etc till the m/c reached at customer site.
  • Provide product, systems, and technical training to new and existing employees on an as needed basis.
  • Reply all the queries/ mails etc. received from customer.
  • Installation visit at customer site.
  • Feedback from customer.
  • Meet personal and team sales targets.
  • Provide monthly/ weekly report in prescribed formats.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
  • 3+ years of sales experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
