Your new role
- Develop and execute sales plans for the assigned territory/accounts, aiming to exceed sales targets through prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities.
- Manage and track customer and transactional information using our ERP system.
- Coordinate resources throughout the sales cycle, including Application Engineering, Customer Service, MP&L, and Finance Teams.
- Lead technical discussions and provide general support to prospective customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with industrial customer accounts of all sizes.
- Provide regular pipeline and forecast reports.
- Stay informed about competition, competitive issues, and products.
- Communicate effectively with management, customers, and support staff.
- Participate in team building and company growth activities, including strategy setting, sales training, marketing efforts, and customer care.
- Travel to customer locations to support sales efforts.
- Contribute significantly to the annual budget and quarterly forecast process for the assigned areas.
- Achieve sales results for the assigned areas/customers.
What you'll need to succeed
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Over 10 years of experience in technical sales within the industrial sector.
- Excellent management skills in an international and diverse team environment.
- Strong marketing and sales strategy skills.
- Knowledge of industrial processes in relevant sectors.
- Proficient in English and Thai, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
- Detail-oriented and meticulous.
- Highly adaptable and able to function effectively in a dynamic multinational environment.
- Independent and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office, Salesforce, and other relevant applications
- Experience in heavy industrial and bulk materials handling is an advantage.
