Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Phuket. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals, developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for conducting market research, analyzing competitive trends, and providing market insights to drive sales growth.
Build and manage a team of in-market agents
- Recruit and train new agents: we're always looking for new talent and need to make sure we're staffed appropriately to satisfy demand
- Offer real estate guidance and market expertise: your real estate team will depend on you for leadership; you should be prepared to answer tough questions
- Responsible for onboarding and training new team members on contracts and local business market characteristics and determine when the employee is ready to accept customers
- Perform regular meetings with individuals and team; shadow team members on the job to ensure best practices are being used, provide real-time troubleshooting for customer-related issues as needed
- Manage teams performance by using data and metrics to spot trends, weaknesses and strengths among your team; combine data/metrics with what you learn shadowing your team to identify/address issues and best practices; reinforce and hold your teams accountable to FazWaz's current service offering; identify performance issues, initiate and conduct performance improvement plans and reviews in conjunction with guidance from HR and Management
- Forecast and manage financial goals: you commit to your market's goals, are responsible for headcount, evaluate your market expenses and maintain profitability
- Frequent contact with FazWaz business units including project advisory, inventory onboarding, content and other department coordinators and local market leaders
Qualifications
- Proven experience in real estate sales and sales management
- Fluency in Thai and English
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies
- Knowledge of the real estate industry and local market is required
