Responsibility:
* You are expected to independently develop the Thailand solar market and manage different sales channels for consumer products, including solar panels, PV grid-connected inverters and other equipment. You can execute strategies for Thailand markets and build brand awareness in the local market.
* You can build a local sales team and lead them to achieve sales targets.
* You are able to understand customer needs, establish effective distribution channels, establish good cooperation models with customers and communicate effectively.
* You will be able to analysis sales data to coordinate and collaborate with the sales operations team at HQ.
* You will be able to conduct and analysis market researches, coordinate with the marketing department to provide sales and marketing support to key accounts and new customers in the region.
Profile & Qualifications:
* You have 3+ years B2B sales experience. You also have good insight, affinity, execution and overall views. Relevant experience in solar photovoltaic, energy storage and other renewables energy industry, battery and other industries is a plus.
* You have the ability to work in a start-up organization with a positive, flexible, solution-driven attitude.
* You are a strong operator, comfortable with execution and driven by results
* You are a great team player and have proven ability to influence across functional teams. You have effective time management and prioritization skills.
* You are proficient in English and German, both oral and written. Other European language is a plus.
* You can handle irregular short-term business trip abroad.
