Job Description

Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the sales process, implementing effective strategies and driving business growth, leading and motivating sales team to achieve their targets and deliver outstanding results.

Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership: Provide leadership, guidance and support to the sales team. Set clear objectives, targets, and performance expectations. Motivate team members to excel and achieve their goals.
  2. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth and maximize revenue. Identify market opportunities, target segments, and competitive advantages. Monitor market trends and adjust strategies as needed.
  3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, key stakeholders and industry partners. Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  4. Sales Training and Development: Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team. Provide coaching, feedback and mentorship to help team members improve their performance.
  5. Performance Management: Monitor sales performance metrics, such as sales volume, revenue targets, conversion rates and client satisfaction scores. Analyse data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  6. Sales Process Optimization: Streamline and optimize the sales process to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Implement best practices, standard operating procedures and technology solutions to enhance productivity and performance.
  7. Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment. Encourage teamwork, communication and knowledge sharing among team members. Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing, finance and operations, to achieve common goals.
  8. Market Research and Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities. Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
  2. Proven experience in real estate sales
  3. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  5. Thorough understanding of real estate laws, regulations and industry practices.
  6. Proficiency in MS Office and real estate software applications.
  7. Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving business results.
  8. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
