Position Title: Sales Manager
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the sales of the company's products in designated regions (Thailand, Vietnam, Bangladesh), achieving sales targets;
2. Develop new markets, acquire new customers, maintain existing customer relationships, enhance customer satisfaction, and ensure continuous cooperation with customers;
3. Manage the daily operations of the sales opportunity, including requirement communication, opportunity management, quotation, order closed, etc.;
4. Participate in bidding processes, organize bidding technical solutions,assist in business negotiations, and contract signing.
5. Develop sales strategies and plans, analyze market trends, and provide data support for the company's market decisions;
Qualifications:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above, preference given to majors in marketing, international trade, computer science, or IT related fields;
2. Work Experience: 3-8 years of sales experience, with a preference for candidates with sales experience in OEM such as HP, Dell, and Huawei;
3. Language Skills: Proficient in Thai, English, with strong abilities in listening, speaking, reading, and writing. with Chinese skills preferred;
4. Skills Required:
a. Familiar with the IT industry, understanding market dynamics and competitors;
b. Strong customer communication & presentation skills and business negotiation techniques;
c. Ability to analyze and solve problems independently, with a certain level of market analysis capability;
5. Strong team communication skills and a spirit of teamwork;
6. Serious and responsible, with strong execution and the ability to work under pressure.
