Develop strategies and plans to adjust to the market situation in real time

Monitor store performance by comparing actual results with plans and forecasts
Conduct business studies on past and future comparative performance to identify trends and forecast models. Also, advise recommended actions to a Retail/Area Manager for improving sales and service excellence at Ravipa's store.
Oversee and ensure compliance of all staff with established company policies.
Oversee inventory management and ensure that products are stocked in appropriate quantities.
Communicate and align company standards to ensure efficiency, such as product display and in-store media.
Design and develop programs to uplift the qualitative and service/sales skills of sales advisor staff
Identify and research potential areas / events for new store opening
Plan and monitor boutique setups, including refurbishments, renovations, repair shops, and any other related issues.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
Lead and manage CRM strategies across the company to encourage customer retention and customer loyalty
Make decisions on the CRM platform structure to ensure effective work and capture all required information at key points in the customer life cycle
Develop loyalty program calendar and work with execution partner to deploy marketing campaigns, initiatives, and events to increase member acquisition
Contribute to the development and execution of CRM and sales strategies (online) aligned with commercial ambitions, aiming to optimize customers engagement and enhance the sales team experience
Develop and maintain client relationships including VIP customer
Take care and advise subordinates to ensure effective performance and promotion preparation
Social & E-Commerce:
Lead social and e-commerce sales funnel analysis and develop actionable insights
Develop category/brands trade plan and prioritize campaign level for each platform to drive commercial performance to achieve target
Create campaign mechanic and promotional scheme that fit with platforms insight
Manage and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and operations
Manage and monitor online inventory stock
Corporate and International Sales:
Partnering with international corporate to execute business opportunities, such as global markets, exhibitions, events, or official stores
Foster and maintain strong relationships with key individuals in customer accounts and strategic marketing partners
Optimise operational efficiency, including strategic reviews of territory warehousing and distribution
Manage accounts of existing clients base for upsell & cross sell opportunities
Qualification:
Bachelor/Masters in Marketing/Business Management or related fields
At least 12 years work experience in Sales / Retail / Business development or relevant fields
Experience in handling retail stores operations
Experience in handling social and e-commerce platform
Good interpersonal and communications skills
Excellent project and time management skill
Strong leadership skills and supervise experienced
