Job Description

Job Scope:

  • Research and analyze the market and competitors to identify new opportunities that further grow revenue for the pet business, for both local and potential international markets.
  • Analyze customer insights from both external and internal databases to truly understand their needs; always on a constant lookout for new trends relevant to the industry.
  • Craft out a comprehensive growth strategy for both B2C and B2B sale channels that is profitable and competitive. Map market/category potential & using that understanding to identify channel development opportunities.
  • Set an annual revenue target per sale channel and manage the marketing budget accordingly.
  • Strategize, implement, and monitor all aspects of omnichannel marketing for both awareness and conversion driving objectives, including but not limited to Facebook Instagram, Line and marketplace in-platform marketing tools. Decide effectively which ones will be executed in house, which will be outsourced to agencies.
  • Manage 360 degree launch plan for any new product verticals.
  • Coordinate with the Product Development team in sharing insights and select the right assortment to manufacture or to purchase and sell.
  • Monitor Customer Service team to ensure seamless acquisition and retention with delighted customer experience.
  • Consolidate data and analyze important metrics that affect business performance and potentially lead to customer retention insights for building a good CRM initiative; manage the loyalty program accordingly.
  • Coordinate with the IT team for automation/system adjustment if needed.
  • Provide accurate sales performance reports and tracking tools, improve or create new work processes according to the scale of the business.
  • Provide relevant tracking tools and performance analysis reports of each new launch.

Qualification:


  • Bachelors degree in Business Management/ Marketing or relevant field.
  • A minimum of 5-year experience in Project Management/Commercial/Product Development/Strategic Planning role, preferably in a start-up environment.
  • Proven business acumen and strategic growth mindset.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a high sense of ownership.
  • Excellent analytical abilities, proficient in Microsoft Excel or other project management tools.
  • Outstanding communication in both Thai & English and interpersonal skills.
  • Pets lover is a plus
