Sales (MICE) Manager

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales (MICE) Manager at Destination Group, located in Phuket. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for handling Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) sales activities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will play a key role in promoting our resort and business hotels as premier destinations for events and conferences.

• Prior experience in sales, particularly in the MICE industry
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of the hospitality or events industry is a plus
