Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share in pet food and accessories, with a focus on wholesale distribution and e-commerce.
- Leadership and Team Management: Oversee and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve targets, building a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Operational Excellence: Streamline supply chain, inventory, and distribution workflows to enhance efficiency and support regional expansion.
- Market Analysis: Conduct competitor analysis and market research to adjust strategies and strengthen the company's market position.
- Product Launch Oversight: Coordinate successful product launches with HQ, marketing, and sales teams, driving market growth and awareness.
Preferred Skills and Background
- Proven track record in a Manager or Senior Manager role within sales and operations.
- Experience in wholesale distribution, pet products, or related fields, particularly with e-commerce.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Analytical skills for market research, competitor analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with Thailand market
- Fluency in Thai and English languages (and preferably basic Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking markets but not a must)
Industry Background
- Experience in pet care, wholesale distribution, or similar industries is preferred.
