Position Overview: The
Ormco Sales Representative will manage an assigned territory to meet and exceed sales goals as well as support the strategic initiatives for the broader KaVo Kerr organization. Our professional Sales Representative will manage direct sales and partners to promote and sell our premium line of orthodontic products to dental offices, dental groups, dental schools, and other dental institutions. This role is responsible for growing our current customer base and prospecting/sourcing new customers within the assigned territory. In addition, this role will be required to support local, regional, and national trade shows as needed. Our compensation package includes base pay plus a variable bonus based on achieving and driving results.

- Responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts of Bangkok in Thailand on Orthodontic products or services.
- Achieve and exceed sales quotas while managing within assigned expense budgets.
- Build and maintain strategic and professional relationships with key customers by direct selling activities.
- Drive increased effectiveness and efficiency through value selling to ensure a customer-centric organization with respect.
- Effectively uses CRM to manage sales opportunities within the territory properly.
- Support internal marketing teams to ensure alignment with strategic initiatives, including new product launches.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of sales experience.
- Experiences in Dental Business or Orthodontics are preferable.
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
