Job Description
Responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts and/or territory/region on products or services. Establishes professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts. Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and margin dollars.
Education
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor/Master Degree in business or related field.
Experience
- Attends and satisfactorily completes product training programs, attaining the ability to demonstrate required product and technical knowledge, knowledge of sales procedures and sales techniques
- Record sales activity and client information in CRM. Provide periodic and timely activity reports, including expenses, assessments, account gains/losses, competitor activity, etc.
- Collaborate with marketing and education to support the execution of product launches and new product sales strategies
- Regularly recruit and schedule dentists and other dental professionals to attend seminars
- Strictly adhere to all compliance , Envista policies and SOP's regarding any interaction with HCP's (Health Care Professionals)
Language Skills
- Good command in English both of spoken and written.
