About The Position
We are looking for a
Sales Retail Manager to lead retail sales and distributor management for our food product portfolio in Thailand. The role is responsible for building strong partnerships with distributors and retail partners, achieving sales targets, and driving market growth.
This role is ideal for a proactive and results-driven individual with experience in retail sales and distributor collaboration.
Main Responsibilities- Sales Growth:
- Develop and execute plans to achieve retail sales targets.
- Collaborate with distributors to expand market reach and improve performance.
- Distributor Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Monitor and improve distributor operations, including sales planning, inventory management, and performance tracking.
- Provide training and guidance to distributor teams to drive success.
- Market Insights:
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide regular updates on market conditions and distributor performance.
- Operational Coordination:
- Work closely with distributor sales teams to ensure seamless execution of strategies.
- Address and resolve operational challenges promptly, ensuring smooth collaboration.
- Field Activities:
- Conduct regular market visits to observe distributor activities and retail execution.
- Collaborate with distributors on promotional activities to enhance product visibility.
What We're Looking For- Experience:
- Proven experience in retail sales and distributor management, preferably in the food or FMCG industry.
- Skills & Attributes:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills to influence distributors and retail partners.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.
- Analytical skills to evaluate distributor performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Adaptability to work effectively in a dynamic retail environment.
- Other Requirements:
- Familiarity with Thailand's retail and distributor landscape.
- Willingness to travel for field visits and distributor meetings.
