Base Salary: 50,000 THB/Month
Work Location: Remotely / WFH
Working day: 5 days a week
- Plan and execute service support effectively and efficiently to deliver the highest level of customer satisfaction and achieve optimal financial performance.
- Drive order and revenue growth for assigned products in the specified region.
- Manage accounts and sales channels, identify and target new accounts, and work towards increasing market share and profitability.
- Serve as the main point of contact for sales and account management, fostering strong relationships with customers and partners.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of accounts and prospective clients.
- Gather, analyze, and report on competitor information and product strategies.
- Monitor and follow up on accounts receivables to ensure timely payments.
- Organize seminars and workshops to engage and educate customers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in medical technology, biological sciences or equivalent discipline.
- Able to travel with short notice.
- Good communication skill with internal customers, external customer, dealers and distributors.
- Good local or remote trouble-shooting skill.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple and complex tasks in a fast paced environment.
- Strong PC skills including setup Microsoft Operating System and Office, configuring the computer hardware and peripheral.
- Self-motivated.
