Job Description

Base Salary: 50,000 THB/Month

Work Location: Remotely / WFH

Working day: 5 days a week

  • Plan and execute service support effectively and efficiently to deliver the highest level of customer satisfaction and achieve optimal financial performance.
  • Drive order and revenue growth for assigned products in the specified region.
  • Manage accounts and sales channels, identify and target new accounts, and work towards increasing market share and profitability.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for sales and account management, fostering strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of accounts and prospective clients.
  • Gather, analyze, and report on competitor information and product strategies.
  • Monitor and follow up on accounts receivables to ensure timely payments.
  • Organize seminars and workshops to engage and educate customers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in medical technology, biological sciences or equivalent discipline.
  • Able to travel with short notice.
  • Good communication skill with internal customers, external customer, dealers and distributors.
  • Good local or remote trouble-shooting skill.
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple and complex tasks in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong PC skills including setup Microsoft Operating System and Office, configuring the computer hardware and peripheral.
  • Self-motivated.
