Sales Support & Customer Service Assistant (English Speaking)

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our dynamic team as a Sales Support & Customer Service Assistant for our company's local and global brands.
Customer Service: Be the first point of contact for our valued customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our brand and business.
Order Processing: Timely reply to customers, generate sales quotes, follow-up with customers throughout the sales cycle, coordinate with delivery team to ensure smooth deliveries and after sales service.
Admin Tasks: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, handle administrative documents, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Costing Coordinator: Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to gather quotes and determine project and product costs.
Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date on company products and services, industry trends, and competitor analysis.
Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Extremely fluent in written and spoken English and Thai.
- Ability to travel within Thailand to different offices and work sites
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A positive and proactive attitude with a can-do spirit.
- Experience in customer service, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Age 35 or under.

Experience with CRM software.
