SAP CO Consultant

SAP CO Consultant will be involved in the implementation of SAP S/4HANA transformation program for customer. The Consultant should have good hands on experiences on the CO modules of SAP in the areas of Cost Center Accounting (CC), Profit Center Accounting (PC) and Profitability Analysis. He/she will interact with the Client Business and get the requirement to map it in SAP S/4HANA Controlling. Must be able to guide the offshore functional and technical teams. The person should be preferably Bilingual (Able to Speak/Read/Write Thai and English language fluently)

The SAP Controlling Consultant should be able conduct workshop at client location to showcase the solution implemented in SAP S/4HANA as per the business requirements. He/she should be proficient in making configuration changes and deployment in both ECC and SAP S/4HANA version of SAP CO.

Experience in Telecom Business will be preferable.

Key Relationships:

Onsite: Client IT and Business, TCS Finance Architect and the rest of the TCS onsite functional/technical team

Offshore: TCS Offshore Program Manager, Offshore functional/technical delivery team

Key Responsibilities:

The SAP CO Consultant is responsible for:

• Participate/manage important client engagements regarding the implementation of mainly SAP S/4HANA Controlling.
• Should be able to capture and translate business needs into functional specifications.
• Assist/Manage projects independently from blueprint to go-live by applying project management techniques as well as technical and business knowledge to ensure that high-quality results are obtained for the customer.
• Resolve GAPs between client requirements and standard SAP functionality.
• Need to provide consulting advice to customers on controlling processes in SAP and understand integration with other modules such as FI, MM, SD, PS, PM, etc.
• Need to assist customers in the decision process.
• Need to give product trainings to clients.
• Involve in CO design, development, integration of SAP S/4HANA system.
• Actively share product and functional knowledge within the technical team

Essential:

The SAP CO Consultant must possess:

• SAP S/4HANA Controlling Functional Skills in Cost Center Accounting (CC), Profit Center Accounting (PC) and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA) with minimum 2 full cycle implementations

Management Skills:

The SAP CO Consultant must be able to:

• Lead and guide Technical teams
• Manage activities involving SAP CO

Interpersonal/Language Skills:

The SAP CO Consultant must be able to:

• Guide and mentor junior associates and able to cross skill others in SAP Controlling
• Able to work in teams at onsite and offshore location
• Must be able to interact with Business End users
• Must be able to Read/Write/Speak Thai and English languages fluently.
