Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight for SAP implementations and transformations across key modules: Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), Production Planning (PP), and Treasury (TR).
- Lead the full lifecycle of SAP projects from requirements gathering, system design, and configuration to testing, go-live, and post-implementation support, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, business units, and technical teams to design integrated SAP solutions that optimize financial management, production planning, and treasury functions.
- Ensure seamless integration between SAP modules and external systems, driving improved financial transparency, operational efficiency, and supply chain optimization.
- Manage and mentor a team of SAP professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular reviews of system performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices to maximize system capabilities and ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP technologies and trends, particularly SAP S/4HANA, to guide the organization in future-proofing its SAP landscape.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external vendors, ensuring smooth project delivery and long-term system sustainability.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in SAP consulting with deep expertise in SAP FI, CO, PP, and TR modules, and a strong track record of leading large-scale SAP implementations.
- Extensive knowledge of financial management, production processes, and treasury operations, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and other advanced SAP technologies is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams while ensuring timely delivery and quality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic decision-making.
