SAP Cutover & Test Manager

Position Objectives:

*Leads cutover activities for Pre Go-Live, Go-Live and Post Go-Live.

* Works closely with the work streams to document the cutover plan for each boundary system application.

* Develops back out / contingency plans for Cutover.

* Coordinates requirements for Go Live including staffing and overall logistics.

* Experience in cutover over activities for SAP implementation for at least 1 or 2 global implementation.

Key Relationships:

Onsite: Client IT and Business, TCS project team

Offshore: TCS Offshore Project Manager, offshore functional/technical delivery team

Key Responsibilities:

SAP Test Lead

Assess and develop good understanding of customers manual and automated testing needs

Maintain a hands-on involvement in test execution, test automation and risk coverage analysis

Review functional and non-functional requirements and specifications

Produce test Artifacts such as test Strategy, Test Plan, Test Cases and Test Metrics reports

Defining the scope of testing within the context of every release and every software testing level or cycle (UT, SIT, UAT, Regression)

Deliver good quality work internally and at a customer site and meeting project deadlines

Maintain excellent relationships with key customer stakeholders and managing their expectations

Actively participate in project team meetings to offer insight on application issues discovered and present solutions to resolve, meet requirements and ensure desired quality

Role requirements:

Experience leading cross-functional SAP teams to understand to be landscape/processes, develop and document testing requirements between systems and S/4 HANA

Capable of executing and completing assigned projects within the time, scope, and budget negotiated with the client

Independently own assigned projects to drive all testing activities by forming a partnership with system analysts, business, project managers, and various other team members

Skilled at evaluating existing processes and procedures and making recommendations for improvement; designing prototypes and proof of concepts that best fit client needs

Experience with test automation tools and frameworks; TOSCA preferred

Excellent communication and customer-facing skills

SAP CUT OVER LEAD

* Handled end-to-end complex Transformation projects in SAP which includes SAP S/4 HANA

* implementation project

* Experience in project planning and related tools.

* Develop detailed cutover checklist and project plan incorporating both technical and operations or business tasks. Responsible for creating and maintaining the Cutover Project Plan as per the cutover standards.

* Responsible for detailed project management of the cutover and conversion deliverables to the new system, resolving discrepancies or

* process issues related to cutover.

* Responsible for ensuring successful planning and execution of integrated release cutover activities and associated system outages.

* Plans the resources, human and physical required for cut-over activities.Develops the communication and escalation plan. (policies, procedures, downtime processes etc

* Provides Cutover status reporting to the project leadership and key stakeholders.

* Ensures entry into and exit out of cutover stage gates are met including the final Go/No-Go meetings.

* Acts as the final point of escalation for all Cut-over issues, proactively bringing about appropriate interventions when the Cutover

* may be jeopardized.

• Manage all the front ending with the key Client Executives to set appropriate expectations.

• Must be able to interact with Client Executives, Key stakeholders, and Business End users.
• Must be able to Read/Write/Speak Thai & English languages fluently.
