SAP Data Migration Lead

Position Objectives:

Data Migration Lead will work closely with the Client Data Manager, business and govern the data management across the Project.

Key Relationships:

Onsite: Client IT and Business, TCS project team

Offshore: TCS Offshore Project Manager, offshore functional/technical delivery team

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Client Data Manager, business and govern the data migration activities of the project.
• Design and prepare Data Migration strategies.
• Design. Prepare and execute tests and guide data cleaning and migration.
• Ensuring smooth mock and final cutover.
• Utilize tools and accelerators to ensure timely executions.
• Manage the needs of stakeholders and the S/4HANA delivery team to meet agreed scope and timelines.

Position Specification:

Qualifications, Experience & Specialist Skills:

Essential:

Must possess:

• Hands-on proficiency with SAP S/4HANA ETL tools.
• Oversee the entire data migration lifecycle including effort estimation and planning.
• Domain/Project experience in Telecom Industry preferable
• Excellent client facing and communication skills (with Thai & English proficiency)

Management Skills:

The Data Migration Manager will be:

• Leading the overall Data Migration
• Manage all the front ending with the key Client Executives to set appropriate expectations.

Interpersonal/Language Skills:

• Must be able to interact with Client Executives, Key stakeholders, and Business End users.
• Must be able to Read/Write/Speak Thai & English languages fluently.
