Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Can conceptualize and communicate proposal making complex ideas look simple.
  • Outcome oriented maximizing balance of effort vs benefit to achieve objectives.
  • Demonstrates excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to work under own initiative and under tight time pressures - planning, prioritizing and controlling own workload.
  • Precise approach to project management and procedures.
  • Ability to assert own ideas to business and within business senior management.
  • Is able to give strong coaching and feedback where needed to team members.
  • Uses a set of basic consulting tools, is able to conduct one-to-one interviews with middle managers.
  • Can contribute to a mixed workshop process.

Delivery Excellence:

  • Understands delivery within a fixed price model and able to operate effectively within those constraints.
  • Can take ownership of sub-plans for specific processes and can plan own time to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Able to take an issue, then plan and deliver a solution using own initiative, with little guidance.
  • Identifies and escalates issues and risks within project structure.
  • Can build strong relationships with consultants within the project.
  • Able to receive feedback / coaching on performance from other members of the team positively.
  • Have a strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies

Skills Experience Required:

  • At least bachelor's degree or master's Degree graduated in related area
  • 10-15+ Years or more related experience
  • Extensive experience in the areas of Inter-company accounting (including Transfer Pricing), Taxation (including Tax Localization for Vietnam), GL, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, Overhead Cost Controlling, Profit Centre Accounting, Banking, Cash Management, Financial Supply Chain Management.
  • Good experience in the areas of Product costing (Material Ledger, Actual Costing, FIFO Valuation), Inventory Accounting, Profitability Analysis, SAP VIM
  • Nice to have an understanding or experience of Inventory Hedging.
  • Can support data migration activities from a functional validation point of view
  • Strong industry background providing finance solutions
  • Extensive experience of SAP Finance - with minimum 4 project lifecycles.
  • At least 1 S/4HANA implementation (Transformation) project
  • Is able to work with Fiori and drive the customer towards adoption
  • Has worked in lead roles in one or more programs
  • Strong client facing Consulting experience
  • Should have worked in SAP Active methodology.
  • SAP IS-Retails exposure preferrable
