The SAP FICO (ATR Lead) will be responsible for leading and managing end-to-end SAP FICO projects. The main responsibilities include:
Experiences: 12+ Years in Change Management with at least 2 full cycle implementation
Key Relationships:
Onsite: Client IT and Business, TCS project team
Offshore: TCS Offshore Project Manager, offshore functional/technical delivery team
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading a team in the design, build, and configuration of SAP FICO functionalities.
- Participating in workshops with clients to understand their existing design, gather requirements, and propose changes based on SAP recommended best practices.
- Identifying benefits, risks, and alternatives in the proposed design and assessing their impact on integration with other systems and SAP modules.
- Working on interfaces, iDocs, workflows, and integration of FI and CO with other SAP modules like MM, SD, PP, etc.
- Working on migration projects from ECC to S/4 Hana using tools like LSMW, LTMC, etc.
- Preparing functional specifications for WRICEF objects and guiding ABAPers for development.
- Executing system unit testing, integration testing, and regression testing.
- Supporting business users in performing UAT.
- Conducting end-user training, including creation and maintenance of training material.
- Preparing and maintaining relevant project documentation.
- Implementing change requests and providing resolution to support incidents as per agreed SLA and timelines.
- Engaging with internal project governance teams to ensure excellence in delivery and quality.
- Troubleshooting issues as part of hypercare/post go-live support.
- Having good knowledge of SDLC, change management processes, and incident management framework.
- Experience working in DevOps/Agile methodologies is preferred.
- Being a team player and having the ability to work in challenging environments under tight schedules.
- Displaying good leadership, problem-solving, presentation, and analytical skills.

- Must have a minimum of 10 years of SAP consulting experience.
- Should possess at least 4 years of experience in leading SAP FICO projects.
- Must have experience working in at least 2 end-to-end SAP S/4 Hana implementation projects and multiple Development/Migration/AMS projects.
- Proficiency in FI and CO modules, including AP, AR, GL, AA, CCA, PCA, Internal orders, Product costing, COPA, Material ledger, etc.
