Our client is a global consultancy firm with an Asia HQ in Bangkok. They specialize in providing innovative HR solutions to diverse clients. They are currently seeking a number of talented and experienced SAP HCM & SuccessFactors Consultants to join their team. The ideal candidate will deeply understand both on-premise and cloud-based SAP HR solutions and be ready to contribute to a dynamic, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation & Configuration: Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors modules based on client requirements.
- Integration: Design and manage integrations between SAP HCM and SuccessFactors, ensuring seamless data flow and system compatibility.
- Customization & Support: Provide end-to-end customization, support, and troubleshooting for clients using SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.
- Training: Deliver training sessions to client teams on using SAP HCM and SuccessFactors effectively, ensuring they maximize system capabilities.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, quality outcomes, and client satisfaction.
- Stay Updated: Stay current with the latest SAP HCM and SuccessFactors releases, updates, and best practices to ensure clients receive cutting-edge solutions.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their business needs, and provide tailored SAP solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors implementation and support.
- Certification: SAP HCM or SuccessFactors certification is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of SAP HCM modules (Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, Payroll) and SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, Recruitment, etc.).
- Demonstrable experience with data migration, system integration, and troubleshooting in SAP environments.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and guide clients effectively.
- Language: Proficient in both Thai and English (spoken and written).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in a consultancy environment or with multiple clients.
- Knowledge of local payroll, tax regulations, and HR practices in Thailand.
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori, ABAP programming, or other related SAP tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
