Should have experience in any of SuccessFactors Modules-EC, RCM , PMGM or Onboarding 2.0
Certification is required in one or two of the above modules
Managing work streams including monitoring for project issues and sound judgement for escalation.
Understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management process in Global organizations
Good Communication skills , as well as interpersonal skills
Should have good presentation skills.
Must be a team player.
Technology
Have end-to-end implementation knowledge of EC / onboarding / RCM / PMGM in combinations like
o EC + Onboarding Offboarding
o EC+ RCM
o EC + PMGM
o RCM + PMGM + Onboarding/Offboarding
o PMGM + LMS
o LMS + RCM + Onboarding/Offboarding
Should have support experience of EC / onboarding, recruiting management / PMGM
Should be able to create wizard and country specific panels
Must have knowledge of compliance forms and pdf forms available
Should have experience on troubleshooting with notifications and audit trail
Should be able to analyze the requirement based on the system configuration
Good to have Superadmin knowledge and roles based permission exposure
Should be able to write advanced condition to trigger desired process
Integration knowledge from recruiting-to-onboarding and onboarding-to-employee central
Sound knowledge of field mapping of mdf object and picklist
Good to have deep understanding of picklist
Deep understanding in ONB 1.0 and /or 2.0 modules
Experience in XML, Data Model, MDF, Workflow, RBP
Experience in Integration with EC-OnB-RCM Position Management
Business
Engage with the business segments and internal stakeholders to capture SuccessFactors Employee Central requirements
Work closely with transaction analysts and SMEs
Work closely with internal stakeholders associated with IT
External Presence
Participate in technical forums and other appropriate events.
Willingness to cross-train across other SuccessFactors application areas (technical, not end-user) and/or other employee-facing products that integrate with the SAP SuccessFactors suite.
An understanding of information technology and the linkage between business processes, people and SAP HR systems.
Essential qualifications
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field
SuccessFactors certifications in one or more modules
4 Yrs.+ Experience in implementing SuccessFactors EC ONB
