Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced SAP Consultants with expertise in various modules to join our client team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting SAP implementations, enhancements, and maintenance across functional areas. You will collaborate with business users, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and optimize system performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions across the following modules:
- EWM
- IRPA
- FI/CO (Finance & Controlling)
- MM (Materials Management)
- SD (Sales and Distribution)
- PP (Production Planning)
- HCM (Human Capital Management)
- ABAP (Technical Development)
- SAP Basis & Security
- SAP BW/BI (Business Warehouse/Business Intelligence)
- SAP S/4HANA
- Configure and customize SAP modules to meet business needs.
- Conduct system testing, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure adoption.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Perform system troubleshooting and provide post-go-live support.
- Document processes, configurations, and system changes.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in one or more SAP modules.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Experience with SAP implementation and upgrade projects is a plus.
- Good knowledge of business processes and SAP best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
