Roles & Responsibilities :-
- To perform the work as per laid down procedures and work instructions.
- Carefully handling the materials to avoid spillages.
- To inform the production officer in case of any breakdown or abnormality.
- Doing routine maintenance as per instructions of the shift incharge.
- To assure that the Process and Utility Operation Controls, Efficiency Evaluation Processes are established and followed for Improvement on an ongoing basis.
- To Maintain Batch Log sheets Record.
- To Ensure RM/PM charging & discharging in process.
- To maintain proper housekeeping & 5s after & before completion of any activity in the plant.
- To maintain & dispose of hazardous & Non-hazardous material in designated bins.
Desired Candidate Profile :-
- Candidate should be ITI/Diploma/B.sc in terms of education.
- Candidates should have from the Chemical/Adhesive/Resin industry Only.
- Required 2-3 Years of experience as in the similar industry.
