Job Summary
Provide secretarial and administration support to Chief P&C and CA Officer and P&C team.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide secretarial and administration support to Chief P&C and CA Officer and P&C function (as relevant) on scheduling, meeting, traveling and T&E claims.
- Monitoring and tracking P&C function, T&E expenses on monthly basis.
- Ensure updated organization chart, P&C Orientation deck, and to ensure P&C and company policies (if any) are posted on intranet on updating basis.
- Manage schedule appointment and travel arrangement of P&C function i.e., meeting, conference etc.
- Organize and coordinate P&C related meeting conference and visitor both local and regional.
- Support induction program (1 on 1), Market and Plant visit for new hires and/or visitors as per assigned.
- Ensure PR and PO issuance on time with no after the fact for P&C team.
- Ensure spending within AOP budget.
- Coordinate interview appointment for Chief P&C and CA Officer as assigned.
- Prepare P&C reports: P&C Dashboard, Monthly Business Report (MBR and MOR), Turnover analysis and scorecard for review as assigned.
Skills And Experience
- Bachelor's degree in related fields
- 2-3 years experience in Secretary, General Administration or related field
- High people skill and teamwork

- Work very well under pressure
- Well-managed complexity
- Strong command in both Thai & English
- Computer literature in Microsoft Office
