Responsibilities
Team and Role Introduction:
- Handle end-to-end operations of category campaigns of General Merchandise, FMCG, Electronics, Travel categories and vertical channel (LazadaElectronics, LazHOME, LazMOM, Supermarket, Travel)
- Work with campaign analysts on campaign page designs and mechanics including campaign concept, key visuals, page navigation, product placement and promotional mechanics.
- Set up campaign timeline and schedule, ensuring all key deadlines are met and executions are correct and completed
- Review campaign performance with related parties, as well as suggest ways to improve overall performance
- Guide and monitor team of 2 junior campaign analysts
- Improve overall team efficiency through process optimization
- Manage campaign voucher budget and control the cost-to-income efficiency
- Support Head of Category Campaign on presentation materials for monthly meeting with management
Job Requirements
Requirements/Qualifications(must have):
- 3-5 years of work experience, preferably in e-commerce, commercial, or consulting sectors
- Good command of English
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Good problem-solving abilities, capable of thinking outside the box
- Fearless in sharing ideas and proactive in driving positive change
- Effective communication and coordination skills, capable of leading and inspiring a team
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with a strong ability to present data and ideas persuasively
Requirements/Qualifications(good To Have)
- Experience in team management is a plus
