We are looking for a Client Solutions Senior Associate with client success and project management experience to suport new client onboarding as well as servicing existing clients. Your role will be to ensure on-time and successful client implementation through project scoping, data migration, stakeholder management as well as ensuring system adoption post implementation.
To succeed in this role, experience in successfully coordinating with internal team as well as external client account management are important. You will leverage your interpersonal skills to cultivate strong relationships with clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Work on client projects implementation to ensure timely onboarding of Quantium software;
- Understand client use cases to ensure proper scoping of projects, advise clients on most appropriate system usage, data input approach as well as output configurations;
- Perform data migration and reconciliation of client fund accounting, investor and portfolio data using Quantium migration tools;
- Assist in answering and providing troubleshoot to client Q&A;
- Assist in gathering business requirements needed for customization request by clients;
- Work with internal stakeholders (i.e. product development and QA teams) on testing new/requested features and standard performance issues;
- Prepare documentation for client meetings;
- Ensure user adoption of Quantium systems by providing training and monitoring activities;
- Obtain thorough understanding of the Quantium system.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-5 years experience with fund accounting, and/or audit/fund administration;
- Detail-oriented, analytical and inquisitive;
- Excellent communication skills; enjoys working and meeting with clients;
- Knowledge of private equity and venture capital accounting preferred;
- Experience with IT system implementation (gathering user requirements, enhancement requests, working on systems implementations, training) a plus;
- Interest in financial technology industry.
