Senior Associate, Commercial Strategy & Planning
(The position is equivalent to Manager level)
Job Responsibilities:
- To support the Head of Commercial Strategy & Planning Dept. in facilitating the development of commercial strategies and business models, and to facilitate the alignment of commercial planning activities and meetings.
- Provide updated insights and analysis on reported performance, and prepare presentation materials concerning commercial strategy for the Marketing Group.
- Support/facilitate the development of commercial strategies for BUs under the Marketing Group.
- Support/facilitate weekly/ad hoc meetings within the Marketing Group and outside the Marketing Group to ensure alignment among teams, and conduct necessary follow-ups to address outstanding items.
- Ensure alignment of marketing planning (resource planning, commercial roadmap, cost-saving initiatives, etc.) with the company's direction, monitor the plans, and ensure successful execution.
- Assist with special assignments concerning Marketing Group matters, such as industry research and analysis of new projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in any related field.
- Experience in the telecommunications, technology, retail, and/or FMCG sectors; management consulting experience is preferred.
- Experience in strategy development, business and operating model design and assessment, analytical techniques, and complex problem-solving.
- Experience in project planning and management with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable goals.
- Understanding of typical processes, systems, and challenges in the telecom industry.
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and strategic thinking skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to drive cross-functional team members to deliver projects/assignments on time.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Thai and English.
- Excellent skills in PowerPoint and Excel.
