Understanding the Role:
Create and develop crafted growth engine solutions for SMEs through world-class knowledge (our BRANDi think tank) with local context in the areas of consultation and incubation programs.
Your Contribution:
- Learn and develop BRANDi global knowledge to match the local business context of SMEs
- Create crafted consultations for medium to large business sizes
- Create a crafted CEO development program for small to medium business sizes
- Create a crafted intrapreneur training program for large corporates
In your role, you will:
- Conduct primary and secondary research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer insights across industries
- Identify key issues, formulate strategies and framework, and recommend effective strategies
- Clearly communicate complex findings and recommendations to clients through presentations, reports, and other means
- Solve clients challenges and help them create positive impacts
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and successful delivery of consulting engagements
- Collaborate and engage with multiple teams both internal and external stakeholders
- Deliver beyond-expectation outputs and outcomes
We are looking for a BRANDist with:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a related field
- Strong analytical and complex problem-solving skills
- Prioritizes tasks, anticipates needs, and handles multiple responsibilities efficiently
- Takes initiative and tackles challenges with a positive approach
- Excellent written and oral communication in Thai and English
- Manages projects with minimal supervision
- Collaborates effectively, maintains positive team energy
- Committed to continuous improvement and maximizing efficiency
- Creates compelling presentations, reports, and executive analyses
- Flexible, adaptable to change, manages time effectively (including extra hours when needed)
