Develop a comprehensive understanding of the organization's branding and the Employer Value Proposition (EVP) of the Human Resources Department to create a consistent and appropriate People Brand action plan
Develop and execute strategic corporate people branding communication initiatives for True Corporation, encompassing both internal and external brand building goals to establish a strong brand reputation that engages people with the TRUE brand as the top of mind
Initiate and implement a HR communication plan that effectively reaches employees throughout the organization, continuously enhancing awareness among both internal and external
Manage channels and internal communication networks within and outside the organization appropriately and creatively to ensure that communications reach the right target
Plan and create communication materials to drive public attraction and engagement, utilizing social media, offline-online channels, and digital events
Oversee True Corporation's online presence by formulating a comprehensive strategy, generating unique content, analyzing usage data, and managing projects and campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook (True Careers), and Instagram (True Careers)
Initiative & Collaborate closely with relevant departments to create, support, and strengthen employee engagement through the implementation of creative and beneficial activities for employees
Reinforce employee engagement through on-going well-being initiatives and activities
Monitor the results of the communication plan, assess performance, costs, and budget, and prepare a comprehensive summary report for presentation to the supervisor
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing/ Human Resources Management or any other related field
Minimum 5 years of Marketing Communication/Branding, Training and Employee Engagement experience or any other related area
Proactive, Initiative, good analytical, interpersonal & communication skills
Possess can do attitude, entrepreneurial spirit, practical creativity, a strong determination & commitment to deliver results
Good command of both spoken & written English
Connect well with other people, out-going, matured and trustworthiness personality.
Proficiency in internal/external communication platforms and tools
