Senior Associate, Customer Insights (Postpaid Convergence)
(The position is equivalent to Manager level)
Data Analytics role will be responsible for the customer analysis and insights as well as providing rich information or deep-diving analysis for better understanding the customer, identifying opportunities for improvement in processes based on data analysis findings.
Job Responsibilities:
- Establish and analyze qualitative and quantitative metrics to evaluate the success of deliverables or business cases.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis to derive customer insights, market segmentation, and business insights.
- Perform pre- and post-analysis to quantify the business impact of specific products, services, or campaigns.
- Clearly communicate analytical results to management and business users in a structured format.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to build trust-based relationships, identify business opportunities, and determine appropriate data resources for requests and projects.
- Provide support in troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Create and maintain interactive visualizations by interpreting data and integrating various reporting components from multiple sources.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an analytical or related field, preferably in a mid-senior management role.
- Strong analytical skills with logical and critical thinking to derive and deliver customer insights.
- Proficiency in SQL and relational databases such as Vertica.
- Experience in data visualization tools like Qlik Sense, Tableau, and Vertica databases is a plus.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a hands-on approach.
- Self-driven, fast learner, and able to work well under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in English.
