The Mobility team is a main team at Grab responsible for managing all transport services nationwide. We aim to offer the best transportation services to passengers while providing job opportunities for drivers. By joining our team, you will be part of a committed group working to make a positive impact in everyday lives across Thailand.
Get to Know the Role
We are looking for a Senior Associate in the Mobility Business to boost growth and strengthen the transportation market in Thailand. You will have paired with the their projects. If you believe you have what it takes, we'd love to hear from you. In return, you will lead your own projects and see the tangible impact of your work, supported by your teammates. You will report to Senior Manager, Mobility Business and work onsite at our Bangkok office.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
You Will
- Manage important performance metrics, trying to find opportunities to capture growth for the mobility business focusing on affordable services.
- Analyze large datasets to identify areas for marketplace improvement, propose action plans, and monitor the performance of plans.
- Manage multiple, time-sensitive plans with multiple partners to ensure quick execution.
- Conduct on-ground visits to main cities to gather insights and opportunities from both drivers and passengers, proposing growth strategies based on these insights.
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- A Bachelor's Degree or above in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Statistics, or similar fields
- 6 years work experience
- Data analysis and project management.
- You will have good spoken and written English proficiency
- Work experience in data analysis, project management
- SQL proficiency
