Role and Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Relationship Manager and Supply Chain Product to identify potential clients (sponsors, dealers, and suppliers), build strong relationships, and achieve sales targets.
- Understand sponsor businesses and industries to propose appropriate supply chain product program for their suppliers and dealers.
- Pitch deal to acquire new sponsors with Team Head/Relationship manager. Conduct pitching presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the value proposition, benefits, and features of the banking supply chain solutions.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients. Understand their unique needs and pain points to offer tailored solutions that address their specific requirements.
- Screen sales leads from sponsor/website/ENLITE, send to Relationship Manager and track performance.
- Monitor utilization and take needed action to boost them if necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the banking, finance, or supply chain industry and strong understanding of banking operations, supply chain processes, and supply chain finance solutions i.e Factoring, OD for buyers and working capital management will be advantages.
- Proven sales skills, including lead generation, prospecting, solution selling, objection handling, and closing deals.
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Willingness to learn and keep up with evolving industry trends and product developments.
