Qualifications
- Thai National
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a manufacturing supply chain environment.
- Proven experience working with SAP, specifically in Material Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), or Plant Maintenance (PM).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and business analysis tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP certification in relevant modules (MM/PP/PM).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Experience in change management and project management practices.
Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate requirements.
- Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to understand business needs.
Analysis & Documentation
- Analyze and prioritize requirements to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Create detailed business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user stories.
SAP Expertise
- Act as a Super User for SAP modules (MM, PP, PM), providing guidance and support to end users.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend SAP solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate meetings to discuss progress, gather feedback, and address any concerns.
Testing & Validation
- Develop test cases and participate in system testing to ensure that solutions meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with IT and technical teams to ensure smooth implementation of new systems and processes.
Training & Support
- Conduct training sessions for end users to ensure effective utilization of SAP functionalities.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP-related issues.
