Job Summary
1. Provide the external factor analysis for strategy development.
2. Develop standards, procedures and guideline to ensure standardization for business development.
3. Develop business development plan and project alignment with enabler, infrastructure and new external factors.
4. Provide corporate and governance view as well as gap analysis on investment project with CIM process.
5. Develop the synergy project and collaboration project in GC and PTT group and explore business opportunities in both M and A and project monetization.
6. Study, recommend or generate the business solution on the assigned project.
7. Build relationship with PTT and key stakeholders related to project development.
Job Description
1. Provide External Factor Analysis for GC Strategy Development - Gather and verify external factor information and situation. - Analyze and summarize the external factor information to develop GC strategy. - Analyze linkage among external factors and categorize their effect on GC. 2. Develop Standards, Procedures, and Guidelines for Business Development to Ensure Standardization Across GC - Understand the business development process clearly and explain it to related parties. - Develop standards, procedures, and guidelines for business development. - Correct or revise standards, procedures, and guidelines as needed. - Forecast potential problems from standards, procedures, and guidelines and recommend solutions.
3. Develop Business Development Plan and Project Alignment with Enablers, Infrastructure, and New External Factors - Set up quarterly meetings among Business Unit Business Developments (BU-BD) and enablers to align strategy and project progress. - Develop business development plans and project alignment among BU-BD enablers. - Analyze and summarize business development plans and project progress that will affect GC strategy

4. Provide Corporate and Governance Views with Gap Analysis on Investment Projects with CIM Process - Follow up and update investment project progress. - Analyze and provide governance views and gap analysis on investment projects as a reviewer in the CIM process. - Summarize and conclude key issues on investment projects. - Forecast potential problems from the project and recommend solutions.
5. Develop Synergy and Collaboration Projects in GC and PTT Group and Explore Business Opportunities - Explore opportunities in synergy and collaboration projects such as PRISM projects, water management projects, and net zero projects (CCUS). - Develop synergy and collaboration projects in GC and PTT group. - Explore business opportunities in both M&A and monetization to create efficient business models.
6. Study, Recommend, or Generate Business Solutions on Assigned Projects - Study and analyze the assigned projects. - Conduct preliminary screening of investment opportunities and carry out feasibility evaluations of new assigned projects. - Provide information on strategic position and business model for partner negotiations. - Summarize the feasibility study results. - Conclude, recommend, or generate business solutions for the assigned projects.
7. Build Relationships with PTT and Key Stakeholders Related to Project Development
Job Qualification
Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in chemical technology, Chemical Engineering, Industry, Economics, Business administration
Minimum Experiences: 7 years Experience in: Business development, Strategy, Investment management
