Senior Business Analyst (KSO2E)

Responsibilities:

• Foster strong relationships with team members, business users, and technical teams; prepare designs and confirm functional specifications, including application flow, business logic, screens, reports, and data files.
• Coordinate with business users as a business analyst alongside Delivery/Project Management work to analyze business requirements.
• Manage business conceptualization and rationalization, including feasibility, cost/benefit, and fit/gap analysis.
• Develop detailed plans and approaches for requirement analysis and the design phase.
• Establish and analyze business processes, ensuring, prioritizing, and confirming end-to-end business requirements.
• Develop new processes and provide support for various data migration processes.
• Conduct impact analysis, consolidate implementation efforts, and develop implementation plans with input from various parties such as development, test, and infrastructure teams.
• Perform functional testing when assigned, checking system functionality and UAT results evidence.
• Manage requirements throughout the lifecycle, addressing functional issues and risks.
• Develop plans and approaches for business deployment, including training.
• Supervise team performance by setting objectives, performance metrics, and standards and conducting performance reviews.

Qualifications:

• 7-10 years of experience in project deliveries as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or System Analyst.
• Background in banking and financial services business is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to quickly understand complex business and systems and provide appropriate solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse individuals such as clients, developers, or testers.
• Strong team leadership and development skills, driven, committed, and result-oriented.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
