Zipcode is seeking a highly motivated SeniorBusiness Development Analyst specialized in the Real estate field. The Business Development Analyst will join and work with our business development team to create a master plan for one-of-a-kind multi-purpose real estate development projects. He/she will work as part of the research team to develop market feasibility studies, financial models, and project operation cash flow.

Responsibilities:
Feasibility Studies for Investments
- Conduct comprehensive feasibility studies for prospective investments, including marketing, financial and physical assessments of the assets.
- Assist in preparing ROI analyses, forecasting, and risk assessments for proposed development opportunities.
- Provide insights into market performance metrics to inform budgeting and investment decisions.
- Conduct due diligence for potential real estate acquisitions or partnerships and provide recommendations based on findings.
Industrial Real Estate Market Research
- Execute the marketing study involves analyzing demographic reports, future trends reports, general site information, and an overall market overview for real estate.
- Conduct research on the industrial real estate market, comparing findings with the company's projects and applying insights to enhance each project's effectiveness.
- Research on-site & online market surveys to gain a profound understanding of local demographics, lifestyles, demand patterns, and emerging trends.
Project leadership
- Lead small-scale business development projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Set clear project goals, project budget, manage timelines, and oversee resource allocation.
- Provide regular progress updates and address any challenges to ensure timely completion.
Collaboration for Business Development
- Monitor and track Zipcode's retail market developments, competitor activities, and emerging trends to assess potential opportunities and threats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop business plans, marketing strategies, and product/service offerings based on market insights and analysis.
- Provide support across all phases of project development and operations, from conceptualization and legal processes to property development and strategic planning.
Strategic Presentation
- Prepare high-quality reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholder (e.g., Board of Director presentation, investment memorandum).
- Present insights clearly, highlighting actionable recommendations.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of real estate development/project management with developer
- Undergraduate degree in architect, engineer, finance, real estate development, economics, or related degree
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting
- Thorough understanding of the real estate market and financial principles
- Can do attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving and research skills
- Ability to analyze data and present key findings both verbally and in written form
- Proficiency in a full suite of Microsoft office produce (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbally and written)
- Detail-oriented and keen on digging for more information
- Self-driven, ability to work independently and manage the productivity
- Curious and passionate about researching and collaborating
- Ability to juggle multiple deadlines and tasks at the same time
- Proficiency in English language (written)
