VGI is Thailand's full-funnel marketing enabler comprising out-of-home media on the BTS network, data driven online marketing solutions, eCommerce enablement services and retail Team is focused on developing, launching and growing products across our range of group assets. The north star metric is to drive incremental revenue and profit for the total VGI Group. Role Summary:
You will support the Senior Business Development Manager in developing, launching and growing new omnichannel media products and solutions. This will involve combining all of our group assets, from OOH media, to online targeting and eCommerce enablement, to provide a full-funnel solution for brands to grow their businesses. On top of strong strategy, finance and product development skills. You will be expected to display strong communication and interpersonal skills as this role will require connecting
multiple teams across different BUs together to build and launch products.
Key Responsibility:
- Customer and market research - help collect qualitative and quantitative data from the market and customers to form insights on future product requirements and strategies.
- Sales enablement - build close relationships with the sales team, get feedback and create materials (e.g.sales decks or videos) to help them sell as much as possible.
- Ideation - participate in the new idea generation cycle, come up with product ideas based on market demands, run proof-of-concept experiments, analyze success and decide what product ideas to progress forward.
- Feasibility - run financial, sales, and operations feasibility on new promising product ideas to assess whether they progress to launch - coordinate across relevant teams.
- Go-to-market - assist with planning go-to-market strategy for new product launch. Work closely with the sales team to refine pitch, pricing, sales collateral (e.g. pitch deck) and closing first customers. You will be expected to help sell the products you launch.
- Product launch - coordinate with internal and external teams or vendors (e.g. digital out-of-home media screen installation, technology or data vendors, BUs within the group) to ensure new products are executed with high quality and to timelines.
- Product Iteration - post-launch, monitor product feedback from customers and sales team, use this feedback to inform future developments and iterations to products or solutions -focus on continuous iteration of products, launching is just the first step.
- Sales tracking - track sales performance of new products. Maintain close relationships with the sales team and end customers. Develop and implement sales performance improvements to ensure revenue from new products continues to grow.
- Product champion - ensure all teams in the organization are trained and informed on new products, produce training materials to support product launch.

Qualification:
- 2+ years experience in business development, new business creation or fast-paced environments is preferred for this role but not essential.
- Bachelor degree in business, finance, economics, STEM or related fields.
- Process oriented - ability to create and execute a project plan.
- Understanding of finance - ability to run feasibility models for new investments.
- Project management - have experience managing and executing cross-team projects.
- Strong presentation design and pitching skills (Powerpoint & Google Slides).
- Fluent in English and Thai.
