JOB SUMMARY
Provide robust financial analysis and support to the business to unlock value within proper control framework and governance, and coordinate with the appropriate business stakeholders to ensure accurate forecasting and delivery of results across full P&L. There will be an emphasis on control compliance, information management, process improvement, simplification, and automation where possible. The two main areas of responsibilities of this position are (1) finance business partnering and (2) performance management and reporting.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support business decision making through robust financial analysis and deep knowledge of financial operation and expertise
- Main liaison for business with other finance functions, such as fixed asset team, tax team, etc.
- Develop close working relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment of monthly forecast and accurate delivery of result as per monthly financial forecast
- Guide business towards target delivery through budget control and other business decisions with analysis, insight, and performance measures
- Develop activity and product dashboard to monitor performance
- Create data sets and forecasts to conduct the cost benefit analysis
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

JOB SPECIFICATION
Education and Experience:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration (or equivalent field); preferably CFA designation
- At least 5 years of work experience in finance and business development or business partnering with track records of driving projects/businesses to successful completion in digital technology or new economy business
- Work experience with leading global consulting or digital platform firms would be a great advantage
- Interest in digital technologies would be an advantage
