Senior Business Solutions Engineer, Chemicals Business

Job Summary:

The role involves developing and updating a strategic plan and digital roadmap, managing digital initiatives, selecting and proposing digital solutions, overseeing the implementation, maintaining and optimizing of digital solutions, analyzing performance, and fostering stakeholder engagement and effective communication.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in develop digital strategies and roadmap to support business goals and requirements
• Discover, Identify and prioritize the functional and/or technical needs and requirements
• Define, evaluate possible digital solutions that comply with company policy/security perspective and propose solution to business for execution
• Manage and co-ordinate with related teams along the solution implementation process from design to deployment to deliver the project on time, on budget, with required quality
• Maintain ongoing digital applications to be up-to-date
• Promote and lead a culture of continuous improvement focused on the quality, performance, and effectiveness of the digital solution delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science, or Information Technology
• Achieved a minimum GPA of 2.7 for Undergraduate and 3.3 for Post-graduate studies
• Have experiences at least 3 years in digital field
• Have knowledge of Web Application Technology / SQL Server or MySQL or MongoDB / Cloud Architect for Application
• Have knowledge and be practical in analyzing and designing computer system/managing information system
• Good communication in both spoken and written English (required TOEIC at least 550)
