Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Creative to lead and develop creative strategies for our global product launches and local marketing campaigns. You'll be responsible for adapting creative materials across different media, collaborating with local agencies, and driving impactful campaigns for high-profile brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead global creative material adaptation for new product launches.
- Develop local creative content including Celebrity KV, TVC, and online materials.
- Collaborate with creative agencies and production houses to bring campaigns to life.
- Support the brand department in creative-related projects (e.g., events, campaigns).
- Build relationships with local creative resources: production houses, film directors, agencies.
- Manage budgets and streamline processes for creative production.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a creative role with a strong portfolio.
- Proficient in working with production houses and creative agencies.
- Experience with nationwide TVC/KV campaigns is essential.
- Strong aesthetic sense and familiarity with current color trends.
- Experience with international fast fashion, beauty/make-up brands, or electronics industries is a plus.
- Exceptional storytelling, copywriting, and communication skills.
- Must be comfortable using English as a working language.
- Team-oriented, with good listening and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
- Honest, straightforward, and results-driven.
